A new record was happened.This time is about of most expensive house from Great Britain which was bought by a Russian.Well it seems like the Russians make their own revolution in London.The house is called Park Place and it is situated near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.The residence was built in 18th-century and it is more exactly a country house.Which bought this house?Well it is about of Vladimir Lisin,a russian of 54-year-old ,which has a fortune of £15 billion.He bought the house from Michael Spink which also bought the house in 2007 with an amount of £40 million.But Vladimir Lisin can enjoy and of 200 acres of the parklands, listed monuments, house, cottages, stables and a boat house.Until 1998 the property was used as a boardong school which has two golf courses a boathouse on the Thames and a stable block.It was recently used in the remake of the film St. Trinians.Before of this transaction ,the most expensive house was an apartment situated in One Hyde Park Knightsbridge, for £136 million which was sale and bought by an Ukrainian.
